The intervention consists of the construction of a two-family house for residential use within an elegant housing estate in Thiene (VI).

Attention to bio-architecture design was the starting point for the completion of this sustainable building.

The realization of the modern housing units was possible thanks to the use of CLT panels both for the walls and for the floors. Furthermore, insulating packets that have been properly studied have enabled us to achieve a building with remarkable energy efficiency while minimizing environmental impact and guaranteeing comfort for the people who live there.
