Respect for the environment

The wooden construction sites are extremely clean and produce very little waste, almost all of which is recyclable, with a significantly less impact on the surrounding environment. We use almost exclusively natural materials for the realization of our structures.

The internal liveability will therefore be of a superior quality, the air we breathe is healthy and the temperature in line with the needs of our body.

Furthermore, the perfect insulation, which allows to save considerably on the costs of winter heating and summer conditioning, guarantees a reduction in the emissions of the house.

Earthquake-proof

The wooden structures weigh one third compared to those in cement and are based on the principle of flexibility and not of stiffness like the traditional ones; this means that in the event of a seismic event the wooden structure dissipates the energy produced by the earth, flexing without deforming or collapsing: the greater flexibility guarantees safety both for the building and for the people inside it.

The new technologies in the construction of wooden houses and the numerous studies coming from Japan, the most cutting-edge country in this field, have guaranteed the development of resistant buildings in compliance with the most restrictive anti-seismic regulations.

Living comfort and well-being

We spend most of our time indoors, be they at home or at work, without realizing the influence they can have on our well-being: one of our priorities is to make people live in a healthy environment.

Wood has the positive characteristics of naturalness, warmth and intimacy.

Not only the availability of space and the presence of technology inside a home are important, but also the choice of the materials used is fundamental: numerous researches have in fact shown that wood and its derivatives, unlike cement and stone, allow you to create comfortable spaces already at room temperature, pleasantly livable both in summer and winter. Soundproof gaskets and intrinsic characteristics of this valuable material guarantee the correct insulation between inside and outside, as well as between one floor and another of a house.

Wood is also an antibacterial material and therefore suitable for people suffering from allergies, as it prevents the growth of mold and bacteria.

Energy saving

Building with wood can significantly reduce the thickness of the structures compared to traditional constructions made of concrete and masonry, while respecting the values prescribed by the regulations.

The absence of thermal bridges is one of the many interesting aspects inherent in the construction of wooden structures: cold walls, the presence of humidity and mold formation will only be a bad memory.

The study and experience over many years spent in this sector have allowed us to analyze the behavior of the various system solutions adopted in this construction system: the result is the creation of structures that guarantee the lowest possible environmental impact and a considerable return economic on utility costs.

Fire resistant

Laminated wood burns more slowly than does the iron of reinforced concrete; in laminated wood the combustion takes place slowly thanks to the good thermal insulation realized by the carbonized surface layer. A very slow increase in temperature corresponds to an almost negligible variation in the mechanical strength of the wood fibers of the non-carbonized section.

The fumes deriving from the combustion of wooden walls are less toxic than those deriving from the combustion of mortars and metals in reinforced concrete and pass less easily from one room to another, precisely because of the greater insulation.

Finally, the wooden structure is entirely load-bearing and therefore the fire of a wall does not cause the collapse of the entire structure, which instead normally occurs when a fire attacks a load-bearing pillar of a concrete building.

Certain costs

The short duration of the site generates another positive effect on the variability of prices: in fact, unlike traditional construction sites, which can last for years, thus generating considerable fluctuations in the previously accepted estimate, those in wood last a few months. Thanks to the work of calculation and design previously carried out, the prefabricated walls arrive on site ready for assembly.

The budget therefore becomes a certain value in this case, and the buyer will have no surprises during the work.
